Many of us spent hours in meetings with the BC SPCA and the Community Consultation is the best example

Thank you Lana for the absolutely wonderful summary of how the feral cat population and yearly kitten explosion could be brought under control.

Many of us spent hours in meetings with the BC SPCA and the Community Consultation is the best example. I for one won't be bothering anymore. Our Society has its hands full just meeting with groups who DO, not just talk.

Why on earth did the SPCA bother asking our opinions, gathering the information, preparing the Community Consultation Report just to ignore it?

Could it be Public Perception is the key to donations?
