If you know who Val McWilliams is, please send her AAS's investigation of the SPCA's Violence Link Project that makes a dupe out of her.

The Harbour City Star needs to be straightened out too.

Everything the SPCA touches becomes crooked. The SPCA needs most of all to be straightened out.
