I am willing to rescue a dog who is chained, hit, and neglected (the SPCA will do nothing about it or I would not be doing this). But I live in a small town where it is hard to find a secret home for an animal. Any suggestions how to get the dog out of this area (Northern BC)? I can drive her South, but to where?
