I can tell you that not all the staff at the Vancouver SPCA are as wonderful as you believe. What I have witnessed would upset you very much and many of the people who did these things are still there.

I have to say that while I am happy to hear of the good people at the Vancouver SPCA, I myself have had very negative experiences
