Blackjack's bio is particularly revealing of how the SPCA sells dogs, NOT adopts. The bio reveals that Blackjack was sold once already by the SPCA to a person who left him outside alone. Now the SPCA is trying to resell him to someone who could leave him outside again, only this time it is suggesting this person should confine him as well. This is NOT animal welfare. This is retailing.
