The Delta Shelter badly needs money and cat cages. Can you help?

"The biggest expense right now is that we need cat cages which will be anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000 because the SPCA doesn't want to sell us the cat cages that are in that shelter."

I'm a bit concerned about the cages that might be used. I hope they aren't going to be like the ones the SPCA used before, as it broke my heart to see the kittens and cats shut into those tiny, filthy cages all day long, when I visited the SPCA before. Their eyes looked so sad and without hope, even the tiny kittens.
