So it was Crown or the SPCA. Can Crown compel a person to keep silent just because it has not found sufficient evidence to lay a charge against that person? Not that we have ever heard of.
Now who does that leave?
We're sorry to hear that Dillabough felt she had to agree to be gagged. If the SPCA wanted to get itself out of this mess, Dillabough should hve stood her ground. But there will always be another time - with the SPCA, that is a certainty.
