The SPCA is still selling intact dogs, without home checks, without enforcing spaying and neutering. It is still killing pit bulls and other dogs that are deemed dangerous as part of its dog control/disposal contracts.

The SPCA did not do animal welfare in the 70's, 80's or 90's, and it still isn't.
