Read the AAS web-site, also the web-sites of other animal groups who are working diligently to help and save the under-dog, or cat, or reptile, or feathered friend. These people work with "help, non-paid" rescuers and do their very best, dog-dangest to foster unwanted, abused, discarded pets. Please if you would, spread the word.
