No it's not!
In Response To: Is this even legal? ()

I am a lawyer's assistant in a very big Surrey law office and I asked my boss about this and he said that it is so irregular that he doubts it would stand up in court. I am so shocked by what I have read here that I am going to take up a collection in my office to help you pay your bills. This has to stop! It is against all our protections as Canadians. Please send our office all your bulletins in future, there has been a lot of interest from the lawyers here all of who are animal lovers like me.

We cannot conceive of a reason for silencing anyone who is being investigated that is in the public good
The BC SPCA uses its intimidating and unregulated powers to silence animal owners and critics
If you are concerned at the SPCA's power and lack of recourse for victims, write these Ministers:
Is this even legal?
