I agree with all you say about dangerous dogs.
However I think the only way to begin controling this issue is to instigate what some countries in Europe have been doing for a long time, that is to put the full responsibility for the animals (or childrens) actions onto their owners (parents).
If a person is killed by a dog, the owner faces a charge of murder, or if someone is injured, the owner faces a charge for assault fitting the degree of injury.
But, as it is now, the Greedy morons will keep on breeding these dogs and the matcho morons will keep on buying them.
