Unbelievable! This week the Kamloops SPCA kills 59 cats, then follows it up with a "Painting Party" to paint the walls of the dead cats' kennels.
Bonnie Bischoff, sender of the following email, is the BC SPCA Regional Director for the Thompson Region. Bonnie was also involved with CAMP assessments as an employee of the Kamloops SPCA back in 2003.
"The new kitties say thank mew!" So ends Bonnie's party invitations. I wonder what the dead kitties would say?

can come into the shelter. The best way to sterilize some of these
areas is to paint them as they need it anyways and we can cover up all
the old viruses and anything new.
