The smaller groups in Kamloops and area are trying very hard to curb the cat overpopulation. They routinely spay/neuter all animals prior to adoption and charge minimal amounts. I don’t understand why the SPCA that raises such wonderful public sympathy and money, cannot do the same.
Don’t just stand on a soapbox and preach to the public about spaying and neutering, practice what you preach Kamloops SPCA. Be proactive, be part of the solution not part of the problem... spay/neuter before adopting animals out.

For a minimum donation of $25.00 you can adopt an adult cat that was already altered when rescued. That adoption donation includes a vet check and vaccinations.
