(What equipment and technologies are needed to break a pigeon's neck?)

(Ok..so they are caught live, they are safely removed, and THEN he breaks their necks?)

(So why wasn't this done? Fix it so they can't get in any more)

I'm horrified at this and am quite shocked at Harbour City Kitchens response also. They basically said 'sorry he killed them in front of you', but made it sound like it would be okay if no one saw it. I was hoping their response would have been shock that they didn't know he would actually kill the pigeons - never mind in the fashion that it was done.

My husband is a builder who regularly uses Harbour City Kitchens - I think we'll be finding a new Cabinet company to supply our business.

This is so not okay.
