As far as I know, the Nanaimo SPCA stopped killing ferals about 2 1/2 years ago

As far as I know, the Nanaimo SPCA stopped killing ferals about 2 1/2 years ago as many were shipped to Victoria to be released.... unfortunately they were not spayed/neutered first and so little groups ended up paying to have that done. I don't know where the Nanaimo ones go now as this hasn't happened for at least a year or more.
