Re: Pit bull breeders keep burning their dogs alive

I must sigh myself...pit bulls should not be bred. There are hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of them languishing in shelters as we speak. And trying to find them a decent home is next to impossible. That is my experience from volunteering with the Vancouver pound. Those poor, poor dogs. Every time another pit bull or pit bull cross came into a shelter, I wanted to cry. Their chances at a good life, where they are adopted by someone who views them as a family pet, who does NOT keep them on chains, or outside 24/7 is incredibly slim. And why is it that it seems to be people who can't spell, capitalize, or punctuate that breed them....we really need litter licenses.

Pit bull breeders keep burning their dogs alive
Why is the multi-million dollar underground dog breeding industry allowed to thrive?
We need licenses to drive cars, to run a business, home-based or otherwise
