Noah's Wish is gearing up to send a four member assessment team to Romania early next week. You may not be aware of the flooding that is occurring in this country as it has not yet got a lot of media attention, especially in the United States. We were not aware of the situation until we received an e-mail earlier this week from Dana Costen of RALDO, an animal welfare organization in Romania.
