Linda Locke has expressed extreme disappointment

We have spoken to Ms Locke several times and each time she has expressed disappointment that nothing more resulted from her study than a P.R. announcement.

Ms Locke was paid out of a grant for over $23,000 that the SPCA got from Texas-based Summerlee Foundation that specializes in solutions to the problems of animal over-population and cruelty on Reserves.

Ms Locke does not say what she was paid, but if it was not the amount of the grant, what happened to the balance? Where did it go?
