Stories like this drive me insane. I know how you feel....that's why I couldn't stand to volunteer anymore at the Vancouver pound or the SPCA...it just got so upsetting. When it rains or is cold I sometimes think of the poor dogs out there, and I know how tough that is. You're not alone...I hear stories every day of someone who liberated a dog because they just couldn't stand it anymore.
