I was absolutely outraged at the punishment these people received. A fine of $250 each is probably nothing to them. Banned for owning a dog for only a year, what was this judge thinking? Maybe he should have banned them from ever owning a rubbermaid container. At least then when they buy another dog next year we will be able to see it being chained in the yard.
