Subject: Animal Circus Act in Whistler Nov 11 Can Not Go On!

To Whom It May Concern:

As a former resident and now frequent visitor of Whistler I can not believe that a Whistler restaurant is considering bringing in caged animals, of any kind, for their patrons’ entertainment this coming Friday, Nov 11!. Please tell me this is a horrible mistake and if not then STOP IT! Our province and Whistler will suffer international embarrassment, to say nothing of the suffering to the animals involved.

I look forward to the elected officials of both Whistler and British Columbia championing animal rights at this time and cancelling this circus act. I believe there is a provincial policy banning all circus animal acts from performing here, and if it is not extensive enough it needs to be.

Please make it right!

Sincerely,

Barbara Murray
