VANCOUVER AQUARIUM FORMER DOLPHIN TRAINER CHRIS PORTER set up shop in Solomon Islands to export wild dolphins to aquariums around the world from a population or rare dolphins that has not been studied. Having captured over 100 dolphins at one time, this resident population is being threatened with extinction.

His job also included capturing wild sea lions pups for the VA by climbing on the rocks in the rookeries and snatching the baby sea lions away from their mothers. Porter did not learn "conservation" at the Vancouver Aquarium, obviously.
