Why would the SPCA need a special fund to help sick and injured animals? In all their brochures sent out to solicit money from the public they have been saying, "Send us your money so we can help sick, injured and abandoned animals."....

Hmmm, makes you wonder what they were doing with all the money you sent them before...

I consider this to be CRUELTY TO ANIMALS in its worst form, because such treatment is intentional by "Professionals"
