Would you happen to have any foster homes located in/near Washington State? I have tried for MONTHS with the AC officers in my area to help a dog by me - of course no luck. It lives in a SMALL pen w/ feces piled so high you can see it from the road until my bugging the AC made them clean it up sometimes. The dog IS NEVER OUT OF THIS PEN.
