Thanks to Animal Advocates, more cats will be spayed and neutered this year!
And people will not have to grovel, show their income tax forms, or otherwise demean themselves to get the help, because the goal is to spay/neuter as many animals as possible - simple, really.

AAS is right - no cat is going to take 'advantage' of them

people will not have to grovel, show their income tax forms, or otherwise demean themselves

I don't want to have another over 700 kittens come in this year...
