Give me a break...who in their right mind would be 'bragging' about those cold, concrete floors as being a 'home'

This totally, totally infuriates me! Everyone, EVERYONE who has volunteered, walked through the Surrey SPCA shelter knows it's a jail. And EVERYONE knows that those dogs sitting in those jail cells are stressed beyond what a dog should be stressed. To call any jail cells 'home' makes me ill.

Those dogs showed up at the back door of the Brockville shelter due to dog behaviour. They are pack animals and probably stayed together and did not know what else to and so just stayed put.
Give me a break...who in their right mind would be 'bragging' about those cold, concrete floors as being a 'home'.

Perhaps what the SPCA COULD be doing instead of spending its time trying to fool the public into thinking those dogs actually like where they are, is screening homes to make sure those poor dogs will end up as inside dogs, as well as raising funds to do something about how disgusting those kennels are. I am not sure how, but I do know those poor dogs deserve more than concrete, cold floors.
