The Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS) is a registered non-profit charitable agency operating in the Township and City of Langley. Our goal is to improve the lives of stray and unwanted dogs and cats in our community. We achieve part of this goal by operating the community based Langley Animal Shelter.
