Why do humans treat animals the way they do? A question that boggles the minds of caring people for a long time.

Like Clover and Boepple I would say that they lack any mind at all. For every Mr. Clover and Mr. Boepple who show this complete lack of remorse for killing wild animals,there are as many and more who have compassion and aren't of the anthropocentric way of thinking.

I truly believe that these sorts of people have been brought up without love or any respect from their parental guardians who turn their hate and anger onto either other people or anything that is incacapble of defending itself from the more powerful humans.

They have this belief that they are at the top of the food chain and anything below it is fair play for the taking. The absurdity of this notion makes them fearful of the supposed invasion of the animal kingdom - get them before they get us.

It's this narrow minded thinking that generates hatred of not only animals but of humans also. Wars have been started on less but still the same attribute.

The Clovers and Boepples and all the others who think in this way have only themselves to blame for the problems that exist on this planet. It's their selfish behaviour of a non-co-existence between humans and animals that has perpetuated this situation.

It's up to us, the ones who really care,to change this idiotic way of thinking. Just don't think that they have the upper hand because they get their letter published in the paper.
