A friend of mine who lives in the West End of Vancouver took a dog away from some people he knows.

This little dog was left all day and into the evening tied to a door knob in the bathroom. She was never walked. Then the owners used Nair to get rid of the hair.

So Jim told the people he was taking her and would find her a better home. Well he fell in love with her and now Coco is living with him in an apartment on Barclay Street.

The hair has grown in....she sleeps on his bed and they watch TV together. They go to Nelson Park twice a day to visit and play with 'other friends' . Because my friend is on disability and doesn't work, the dog is with him all the time.

Jim sends me photos of Coco all the time...like a proud father.

This April, they are going on a holiday together to Saskatchewan.
