Why am I not surprised that the SPCA's Head Office doesn't know of their own programs?
I am appalled that the SPCA, which does not have space for the animals it already has, is considering running a pet boarding business.
Where will they put these little money-makers?
Some SPCA branches cause such stress and disease in the animals on their premises, that the term compassionate boarding is rather scary.
Some (many?) of the SPCA branches have to double up the animals in their cages. What does this mean for all the animals?
