Absolutely! Me too! This time of year is awful for cats. Everyone wants a kitten, and there WILL be kittens. How about the SPCA ensures every single one of its shelters does not allow an unfixed kitten or cat to leave its premises? And how about the spay and neuter clinics so desperately needed.

The public does not realize how many kittens can be produced over the summer, and how many cats at all the shelters end up euthanized.
