And where is the SPCA.?!
Come on now SPCA, there is now as much publicity about the dolphins as there was about the hippo, so do something !
And now that we know what is required, we just have to create enough publicity about the other animals in these horrendous places called Zoo and Aquarium and perhaps then, with enough prosecutions launched by the SPCA, these animal torture chambers will be shut down for good.
Or am I dreaming again?!
