How incredibly disturbing, and thank goodness there were enough dog owners to take action. A man with this kind of rage is dangerous and could have easily hurt someone else as obviously this person has no sense at all.
And thank goodness the police intervened as well. Why has the dog owner not been charged with cruelty? There were plenty of witnesses! Perhaps the Alberta SPCA could help in this case.
