They are brimming at the rafters with dogs and they have no more space, which means dogs may have to be put-to-sleep as new strays arrive. PLEASE, if you are considering adopting a dog, visit Chilliwack Animal Control...........they have lots of lovely dogs available, who don't deserve to die.
