After reading this article, I am just sick. I come from a family of law enforcement and their animals are like family. I cannot fathom anybody (much less a dedicated trained officer?), kicking a poor dog to death....and his K-9 partner??? I think somebody needs to check that officer's history again...that kind of rage doesn't just suddenly "pop up" over an untimely bark! If that officer has that much rage, he doesn't need to be on the force!
