LOGAN: 17 month old chocolate lab x sheepdog needs a home *PIC*

Logan is a 17 month old chocolate lab x sheepdog.

He has spent most of his life on this chain. AAS will be having him neutered this week and then we need him to go to a foster or adoptive home.

He is a dear boy, submissive to dogs, happy and trusting with humans and will probably be fine with a cat too as he is so good-natured.

He didn't get puppy training when he should have so he jumps and mouths and pulls, but in intelligent hands he will unlearn those puppyisms.

Logan's new family will take him out or have a dog-walker take him out for lots of off-leash running and dog socializing. And they will let him learn to swim because he is going to LOVE that!

He'll be great with kids too, once he stops mouthing and jumping, but AAS does not give dogs to families who just want a pet for the children. We are looking for a stable home where the adults care for him. We also require that there be an adult home most of the time as he will only learn bad habits on his own and he will be lonely... and we do not ever want him to be lonely again.

If you can foster or adopt Logan, first go to http://www.animaladvocates.com/adoptions/instructions and send us the answers to the adoption questionnaire. Send it to animaladvocates@telus.net
