Pacific Animal Foundation appeared as a delegation before North Vancouver City Council on Monday, September 17, 2007 with years of our documented evidence showing that Trap, Neuter, Return program has substantially lowered the number of feral cats in our community and prevented thousands more from being born on the streets. We asked that October 16th be proclaimed Feral Cat Day in the City and it was unanimously approved. Our delegation materials to Council can be seen at:
