A case will be heard on November 15 in Ottawa court between Lorie Gordon and Paws R Us, an alleged puppy mill located in the Province of Quebec. She is being sued for defamation on the Internet, after posting information about two dogs she bought from Paws who had to be euthanized because of health problems. She desperately needs financial support to offset legal costs - this may prove to be an important case which may determine the legal definition of "puppy mill".
