As a former volunteer with the Cat Behavior Program at the SFSPCA, I applaud you for breaking this story and exposing the unpleasant truth about the new direction SFSPCA leadership has taken. With luck, and pressure from concerned citizens and animal advocates, perhaps the SFSPCA will turn around and return to the groundbreaking model of progressive animal advocacy it once was.
