This makes me so mad to see this happen. I tried looking for a way to contact this Marina responsible for this little bear's death but to no avail. I wanted to send them a nasty note and let them know what I think of them. This needless sense of death to this precious being by the brutes that did it must be stopped. I only hope that the law will come down really hard on them but I won't be holding my breath. It is a sad state of affairs when animals are killed and the only reason for it, and it's no reason at all in my view is that it was 'hanging around'. I call it murder but the law says it's not. Go figure.
