Hi Everyone,
Noah's Wish is about to begin a great new fundraiser. We have at least 16 ceramic pet bowls decorated and signed by various celebrities, including Tippi Hedren, Virginia Madsen, Anna Maria Horsford, Blu Cantrell, Adam Rifkin, Michael Emerson, the Cheetah Girls and "The Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan.
Some of the donors have included other items in the package, such as signed photos or cd's. The auction will begin on Tuesday, July 15 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, with individual items starting every 15 minutes or so throughout the morning. The auctions will run for 10 days. All proceeds will be used to support the mission of Noah's Wish:
The singular mission of Noah's Wish is to save animals during disasters with our rescue and recovery services and to mitigate the impact of disasters on animals through our educational outreach programs
We have had a very busy summer so far--we've had teams responding to flooding in Indiana and Iowa, and our volunteers have been called three times to help with fires in California.
