I find the name of the organization that has been hired to get rid of the "nuisance" in Kelowna to be interesting-EBB Environmental Consulting. It made me stop and think what the acronym (EBB) could be. Could it be "Every Bunny Butchered"? There are all sorts of possibilities. The point being that here is another way that humans are being deceived. Most humans would think that the presence of "environmental" in the name would be a positive thing. But obviously it isn't. The only solution that this environmental group has been able to decipher from the information given is that of murder. It's just a question of the method of murder. Let's get one thing straight. There is no method of murder that is compassionate. It might be a positive move to try and think of a solution that does not harm the innocents. Usually a cognitive response of this nature, however, is beyond the purview of the human cerebral cortices. If there is a "nuisance" by which humans are confronted, just eradicate it. It doesn't matter if the nuisance was created by humans in the first place; just eradicate it and maybe in the dimmest future we can come up with an ethically acceptable solution. After all, these flop-eared creatures could be attacking our children, who, by the way, are very often more of a nuisance than the vicious rabbits. Oh, but wait, the bunnies aren't ravaging children, they're eating our daffodils.

I also wonder if EBB ENVIRONMENTAL Consulting has discovered the source of the over-abundance of bunnies. Are they another plague visited upon The City of Kelowna by a wrathful deity? Where is a Moses when we need him? Perhaps it's a plot conceived by extraterrestrials to utterly confuse us while they build their invasion fleet!

I would hazard a guess that might very well be EEBEC's real hope. The longer there are an abundance of daffodils and voracious bunnies in Kelowna their jobs are secure. The whole problem could simply come down to one of economics!
