In Response To: New Kelowna Bylaw: No more sale or adoptions of unaltered rabbits in Kelowna ()
A weekend visit to Petcetera at its new location in the Capri Centre in Kelowna left us dumbfounded. The new bylaw prohibits the sale and adoption of unaltered rabbits, yet there are baby bunnies, too young for sterilization, for sale!
