AAS contacted Don Brown, the head of bylaws for the CRD (Capital Regional District) offering to foster Boujie when she was caught. This morning we got this good news (Mike Tovey is a CRD pound employee, and Kim Morgan is a concerned Animal Lover. She spent numerous days and hours trying to capture Boujie before success):

Good Morning Don:

This is a fantastic morning. "Boujie" the Black Lab that has been running at large at Point-no-Point Resort was caught last evening at 8:00pm and has been confirmed by a veterinarian to be in good shape both physically and mentally. She is now with her new owner Kim Morgan.

This has been a long haul. Time to crack open the champagne. This has to be the best Christmas present ever.
