I second that ! What a wonderful story. Hats off to all the dedicated people that helped save this poor soul. I understand that he lived for 4 long years on a chain... how tragic. No vet. care, no love,in the frigid cold. How did he manage to survive ? But now he is safe and will get all the care, love and attention that he deserves. God bless this gentle giant!
