I have been walking dogs for 15 years and helping in the rehabilitation of rescued dogs so know volumes of dog owners, including myself, friends, trainers, collegues and family. I do not know of one person that has had to build an enclosure for their animals to eliminate in. From reading this story, in my personal opinion, these dogs have been mostly outside dogs with no boundaries and may very well now spend most of their time in the enclosure.
