Because of the recent actions of the police in BC, Robert Dziekanski, the box cutter victim, Ian Bush shot in the back of the head which the RCMP said was in self-defence, the beating of the newspaper delivery man, etc, etc, accountability is uppermost in the minds of many citizens of BC, and I have to say, that after my experiences with SPCA evasion and secrecy, I think Diane's idea is commendable and vastly needed.
