Poor city of Enderby stands to loose a few plants at city hall, after all, appearance is very important, much more than living, feeling creatures, once domestic pet cats, who have been abandoned by this very city's residents.
So the city donates $500 to the SPCA to catch and dispose of the ferals. What is the SPCA's policy on ferals now ? It isn't on their web site, it used to be to kill them all.

Have those city fathers ever heard of "spay,neuter,release and feed" ?

If done properly, this will, at the very least, curtail the number of ferals, if not eventually eliminate all.

As to the feeding of feral cats, which may attract rats, I would like to see the rat stupid enough to invade a colony of hungry cats.

With people like these, whose commom sense has gone feral, what hope is there?!
