AAS has been saying for years that it's not possible to trust this organization to protect animals from cruelty. If the provincial task force is fully informed it ought properly to recommend that a government agency, fully funded and fully accountable, accessible through FOI, with its salaries public, replace the incompetent, bungling, secretive SPCA.
