Well done scumbags (I repeat scumbags) Brent Sass and Hugh Neff. This is the second dog Sass has killed in his Yukon Quest career.
Well done also to major dog abuse cheerleaders CBC Yukon and CBC North, the Yukon Government Tourism Department, the toothless Humane Society Yukon which has never spoken out about Yukon Quest cruelty (the society even gratefully accepted a paltry donation from Quest and other dog exploiters after last year's race in which a dog was killed), the Yukon school system which promotes the Quest as part of its curriculum, and the populace of the Yukon Territory, who are largely apathetic to the state-sponsored cruelty they support with their silence.
Honourable mention to ex-Indian Affairs Minister Chuck Strahl who gave $262,000 to the Yukon Quest for race marketing... has he ever given one dime to help animals on native reserves and communities across Canada?
